Cincinnati, Ohio — FMCA, an international organization for RV owners, will be making a return visit to the Pima County Fairgrounds in Tucson, Arizona, in 2024. RV owners from across the United States and Canada will gather in The Grand Canyon State as FMCA hosts its 108th International Convention & RV Expo in Tucson March 20 through 23, 2024. Because of a date conflict that was discovered, these dates have been revised since the original release was sent.
FMCA also hosted successful events at the Pima County Fairgrounds in 1985 and 2022.
“We are thrilled to be heading back to Tucson and the Pima County Fairgrounds for our 108th International Convention & RV Expo,” said FMCA CEO Chris Smith. “The RV owners who were there in 2022 had a great time, and I expect our 2024 event to be even bigger and better. The fairgrounds staff was incredible to work with last year, and we anticipate that the planning and execution of the event will be even smoother and more seamless this time around.”
FMCA conventions aren’t just for members. The association invites all RV owners to join the festivities. And those who are considering the RV lifestyle or are just curious have an opportunity to take part as well. During an FMCA convention, RV owners roll into the host facility in their homes on wheels and set up camp, creating a new neighborhood seemingly overnight.
One key element of the event is the RV Expo. Major RV manufacturers and dealers bring the latest models and invite convention attendees and members of the public to stop by for a tour. RVs in all shapes and sizes will be open for inspection during show hours. RV-related accessories, components, services, and other products of interest to travelers will be available as well.
When they aren’t shopping, attendees take in seminars, enjoy daytime and evening entertainment, and socialize with others who share their love of the RV lifestyle.
Association leaders and staff currently are preparing for two international conventions scheduled for 2023. First up will be FMCA’s 106th International Convention & RV Expo, set to take place March 15 through 18 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter in Perry. The association also will make a return visit to the Cam-Plex Multi-Event Facilities in Gillette, Wyoming, August 23 through 26, for the 107th convention. Registration for the Perry, Georgia, event is currently underway. For details or to register, visit https://www.fmca.com/fmca-perry-2023-learn-more. Registration for the Gillette, Wyoming, convention will begin at the end of March 2023.
