Advertise
Put your message in front of registered event attendees with an ad in the event program guide. Each attendee receives the program, which lists all event functions – currently running in the Family RVing magazine! We can either place your ad within the pages of the event guide or send us an ad of your choice - a very affordable way to get your message out to attendees. Deadlines are approaching fast, so don’t miss out on an opportunity to invite attendees to your display. The July issue, both print and digital, will be the special event issue! Have a farther reach by announcing that you will be at the event! This issue is a bonus circulated at the event! There are also ad opportunities on the event app. The app (for both Apple and Android) is essentially the event program on handheld devices, making the event experience much easier for all attendees. This app includes the fairground map, seminar schedules, exhibitor locations, updates, and other information about entertainment and activities – all in the palm of your hands! Pre-Service Orders
Per the recommendation of the FMCA Commercial Council, the Service Center procedures for FMCA’s convention have changed. Registered attendees will have the opportunity to contact you in advance of the convention and make a service appointment with you. This will give you the opportunity to schedule your service personnel and bring the appropriate parts.

Once the list is compiled, FMCA will send an email campaign out to registered attendees with the information that you have provided. That way, attendees can touch base with you directly and set up a time slot, and you will be able to inventory your parts and bring the appropriate personnel.

Educational And Other Meeting Room Requests
FMCA members and exhibitors interested in being considered for presenting your technical, educational, craft seminar or special gatherings in one of the seminar rooms for the event, complete your application here.
Product-Specific Presentation Program
FMCA’s Product-Specific Presentation Program is for those exhibitors who want to increase exposure and sales through product explanations, demonstrations, and incentives. Subjects an exhibitor may wish to present include introducing new products or programs, product features, trouble-shooting techniques, description of warranties or incentive programs, etc. Limited 60-minute seminar time slots are available and are confirmed in payment receipt on a first-come, first-serviced basis. The cost to participate in the program is $300. Complete your application here.
Due to the number of meeting space requests made for each event, submission of the application does not guarantee that your program will be scheduled. More detailed information is available on the application form.
