Since the TV Converter Box Coupon Program began Jan. 1, 2008, more than 19 million coupons have been mailed to U.S. households who want to continue to watch television on their analog-only sets after the Feb. 18, 2009, digital transition. Applications from motorhome owners who use private mailboxes (PMBs) to receive mail will not be accepted.

Starting this month, it costs more to stay at campgrounds on lands managed by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR). The IDNR has raised the daily utility fee for camping from $5 to $10 to offset statewide increases in electric, water and sewage rates.
